The Loudest Roar Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Loudest Roar, including its website, platform, prediction game, leaderboard, judge videos, case-study references, reports, content, communications, partner activities, prize promotions, and any associated services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, registering for, participating in, appearing on, contributing to, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or participate in the Platform.
1. About The Loudest Roar
1.1. The Loudest Roar is an independent prediction-based platform that allows users to submit predictions related to creative awards, view or participate in leaderboards, engage with judge commentary, explore case-study references, and interact with related content, prizes, reports, and partner activities.
1.2. The Platform may refer to third-party awards, festivals, categories, entries, case studies, campaigns, agencies, brands, companies, judges, creators, individuals, videos, images, or other publicly available materials for editorial, informational, commentary, educational, entertainment, reporting, and prediction-related purposes.
1.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Loudest Roar is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, administered by, or otherwise connected to Cannes Lions or any other awards organization, festival, brand, company, agency, or third party mentioned on the Platform.
1.4. All third-party names, logos, trademarks, awards names, festival names, brand names, campaign names, case studies, videos, images, and references remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention or appearance on the Platform does not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, approval, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country or jurisdiction, to use the Platform or participate in any prize-based activity.
2.2. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally allowed to access and participate in the Platform from your country, region, or jurisdiction.
2.3. The Platform may not be available in certain jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory, technical, operational, prize fulfilment, or other restrictions.
2.4. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with all applicable laws, regulations, workplace policies, company rules, and professional obligations in your jurisdiction.
2.5. The Loudest Roar reserves the right to restrict, suspend, disqualify, or refuse access to any user or participant where participation may be unlawful, restricted, impractical, or in violation of these Terms.
3. Account, Registration, and User Information
3.1. To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register, create an account, or submit information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, country, company, job title, role, social handle, predictions, or other profile details.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, complete, and truthful information when registering, participating, communicating with The Loudest Roar, appearing on the Platform, or claiming a prize.
3.3. You are responsible for keeping your account information, login details, contact details, and prize claim details accurate and up to date.
3.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs through your account.
3.5. The Loudest Roar is not responsible for any loss, failed communication, missed prize claim, incorrect delivery, or other issue caused by inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, inaccessible, or incorrect information provided by you.
3.6. The Loudest Roar reserves the right to suspend, terminate, remove, or disqualify any account, entry, prediction, leaderboard result, prize claim, judge contribution, or participant where any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Participation and Predictions
4.1. Users may participate by submitting predictions through the Platform during the relevant prediction period.
4.2. Prediction rounds, categories, deadlines, scoring rules, leaderboard mechanics, tie-breaker criteria, prize criteria, and winner selection methods may be displayed on the Platform or communicated separately.
4.3. It is your responsibility to submit your predictions before the stated deadline.
4.4. Once submitted, predictions may not be editable after the stated deadline unless The Loudest Roar decides otherwise.
4.5. Predictions that are incomplete, late, corrupted, duplicated, automated, manipulated, suspicious, or otherwise invalid may be excluded at The Loudest Roar’s discretion.
4.6. The Loudest Roar reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, suspend, or repeat any prediction round, category, leaderboard, scoring system, campaign, content module, or feature if necessary due to technical issues, human error, award schedule changes, inaccurate data, unavailable materials, suspected abuse, fraud, manipulation, partner changes, or circumstances outside The Loudest Roar’s reasonable control.
4.7. The Loudest Roar may correct errors, adjust scores, revise leaderboards, amend rankings, remove entries, or update results where it reasonably determines that a correction is necessary.
4.8. The Loudest Roar’s decisions regarding participation, eligibility, scoring, rankings, leaderboard results, tie-breakers, disqualification, prize allocation, and winners are final.
5. Case Studies, Entries, Videos, and Third-Party Materials
5.1. The Platform may display, reference, summarize, embed, link to, comment on, or otherwise use publicly available case studies, entries, videos, campaign materials, images, descriptions, credits, brand names, agency names, award categories, and other third-party materials.
5.2. Such materials may be sourced from publicly available websites, award platforms, brand channels, agency channels, social platforms, press releases, public databases, uploaded links, participant suggestions, contributor suggestions, or other online sources.
5.3. The Loudest Roar does not claim ownership over any third-party case studies, entries, videos, campaigns, logos, trademarks, brand assets, award assets, images, names, or materials displayed or referenced on the Platform.
5.4. All rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.
5.5. The inclusion, exclusion, display, absence, summary, categorization, ranking, or reference of any case study, entry, video, campaign, brand, agency, or award material on the Platform does not imply ownership, endorsement, approval, sponsorship, partnership, or official affiliation.
5.6. The Loudest Roar uses reasonable efforts to find and include relevant publicly available case studies, entries, videos, and materials. However, The Loudest Roar does not guarantee that every relevant entry, shortlisted entry, winning entry, nominated entry, case study, video, or campaign will be available, accessible, uploaded, included, correctly categorized, or complete on the Platform.
5.7. Some entries, case studies, or videos may be unavailable, private, geo-blocked, removed, restricted, unpublished, paywalled, incomplete, delayed, technically inaccessible, or otherwise not discoverable by The Loudest Roar.
5.8. If an entry, case study, campaign, or video is missing from the Platform, unavailable at the time of prediction, incorrectly linked, incomplete, or later becomes a winner, The Loudest Roar shall not be responsible or liable for such absence, omission, unavailability, incompleteness, or result.
5.9. Participants acknowledge that predictions may be made using the information available at the time and that availability of case studies, videos, and third-party materials may vary.
5.10. The Loudest Roar is not responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, errors, claims, changes, removals, takedowns, edits, or updates in third-party materials, including award entries, credits, categories, campaign descriptions, case-study films, or publicly available information.
5.11. The Loudest Roar may remove, update, replace, relink, summarize, or amend any third-party material at any time if it believes such action is necessary, appropriate, or requested by a rights holder.
5.12. If you are a rights holder and believe that material appearing on or referenced by the Platform infringes your rights or should be removed, please contact The Loudest Roar at [Insert Contact Email].
6. Judges, Contributors, and Video Appearances
6.1. The Platform may feature judges, contributors, experts, creators, industry professionals, commentators, or other individuals who provide videos, commentary, predictions, opinions, analysis, or other content.
6.2. By submitting, recording, sharing, approving, or otherwise providing a video, image, quote, comment, biography, name, title, company name, social handle, or other contribution to The Loudest Roar, the contributor confirms that they have agreed to participate and grants The Loudest Roar the right to use, publish, edit, crop, subtitle, excerpt, adapt, reproduce, distribute, display, promote, and share that contribution on the Platform and across The Loudest Roar’s related channels.
6.3. Related channels may include, but are not limited to, the website, social media, newsletters, emails, presentations, reports, PR materials, case studies, partner communications, promotional content, paid or organic media, and future editions of The Loudest Roar.
6.4. Contributors confirm that their submitted content does not violate any law, third-party right, confidentiality obligation, employment obligation, company policy, award confidentiality rule, or professional restriction applicable to them.
6.5. Contributors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and approvals to appear, speak, share opinions, and provide content to The Loudest Roar.
6.6. The Loudest Roar may edit contributor content for length, format, clarity, subtitles, design, platform specifications, promotional use, or technical requirements, provided that such edits do not intentionally misrepresent the contributor’s overall message.
6.7. The Loudest Roar is not responsible for how third parties may view, share, repost, screenshot, download, copy, edit, comment on, criticize, misuse, or otherwise interact with publicly available contributor content once it has been published.
6.8. The Loudest Roar may remove or stop using contributor content at its discretion, but it cannot guarantee complete removal of content that has already been shared, reposted, indexed, archived, downloaded, screenshotted, or otherwise used by third parties.
6.9. Views expressed by judges, contributors, or commentators are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of The Loudest Roar, its partners, sponsors, participants, or any awards organization.
6.10. Judges, contributors, and commentators do not determine official award results. Their involvement on the Platform is for commentary, entertainment, editorial, educational, or prediction-related purposes only.
7. Prizes, Winner Notification, and Claim Process
7.1. Eligible participants may have the opportunity to win prizes based on their prediction accuracy, leaderboard ranking, tie-breaker performance, partner-led criteria, random draw, or any other criteria communicated by The Loudest Roar.
7.2. Prizes may include Amazon Gift Cards, partner-provided gifts, merchandise, experiences, digital rewards, features on The Loudest Roar’s channels, or other rewards determined by The Loudest Roar.
7.3. The maximum value of an individual advertised prize shall be up to USD 250, unless otherwise stated on the Platform or in a specific campaign communication.
7.4. Prize values are approximate and may vary depending on availability, location, supplier pricing, currency conversion, delivery method, taxes, fees, or other factors outside The Loudest Roar’s control.
7.5. The Loudest Roar reserves the right to determine, substitute, change, withdraw, or cancel any prize at its sole discretion, including where a prize becomes unavailable, impractical to deliver, restricted in a winner’s jurisdiction, or affected by circumstances outside The Loudest Roar’s reasonable control.
7.6. Winners will be contacted using the contact details, email address, social handle, account information, or other information submitted by the participant during registration, participation, or communication with The Loudest Roar.
7.7. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to provide accurate, current, complete, accessible, and valid contact and delivery details.
7.8. The Loudest Roar is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted because the information provided is incorrect, outdated, incomplete, inaccessible, blocked, filtered as spam, deactivated, misspelled, or otherwise unavailable.
7.9. Winners may be required to provide additional information in order to claim a prize, including, but not limited to, proof of identity, proof of eligibility, contact details, delivery details, tax information, payment information, gift card details, platform account details, or any other information reasonably required by The Loudest Roar or its partners.
7.10. A winner must claim their prize within three months from the date The Loudest Roar first contacts them or publicly announces them as a winner, whichever occurs first.
7.11. To claim a prize, the winner must respond to The Loudest Roar, provide all requested information, complete any required verification, and comply with these Terms within the three-month claim period.
7.12. If a winner does not respond within the three-month claim period, fails to provide the required information, provides incorrect or incomplete information, fails verification, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms, the prize will be forfeited.
7.13. If a prize is forfeited, The Loudest Roar may, at its sole discretion, select an alternative winner, redistribute the prize, retain the prize, donate the prize, or cancel the prize entirely.
7.14. In the event of a tie, The Loudest Roar may determine the winner through tie-breaker criteria, shared prize allocation, random draw, earliest submission time, additional prediction accuracy, or any other method it considers fair and appropriate.
7.15. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative unless expressly agreed by The Loudest Roar in writing.
7.16. Once a prize has been sent, issued, transferred, emailed, delivered, or otherwise dispatched to the details provided by the winner, The Loudest Roar will have no further obligation to replace, reissue, redirect, refund, or resend the prize if the details provided were incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, invalid, expired, or belonged to another recipient.
7.17. The Loudest Roar is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, undelivered, expired, blocked, rejected, damaged, misdirected, or inaccessible prizes, including gift cards, emails, digital codes, physical deliveries, partner rewards, or experiences.
7.18. Where a prize is provided, fulfilled, or delivered by a third-party partner, supplier, platform, or brand, the winner may be required to comply with that third party’s own terms, conditions, expiry dates, restrictions, availability, and redemption process.
7.19. The Loudest Roar is not responsible for a winner’s failure to redeem, use, access, activate, or benefit from a prize after it has been issued.
7.20. The Loudest Roar may refuse to award a prize where it reasonably believes that a participant has violated these Terms, manipulated the Platform, provided false information, acted fraudulently, or harmed the integrity of the Platform.
8. Taxes, Fees, and Additional Charges
8.1. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, platform charges, import costs, delivery costs, travel costs, or other expenses associated with receiving, claiming, redeeming, or using a prize.
8.2. The Loudest Roar is not responsible for any tax reporting, tax payment, withholding, filing, declaration, or compliance obligation that may apply to participants or winners in their respective jurisdictions.
8.3. If a prize cannot be delivered or redeemed without the payment of taxes, fees, duties, or charges, the winner shall be responsible for those amounts unless The Loudest Roar expressly states otherwise in writing.
9. Winner Publicity
9.1. By participating in the Platform, you agree that The Loudest Roar may announce, publish, display, or share winner names, leaderboard rankings, company names, countries, cities, job titles, social handles, images, submitted profile details, prediction performance, or other participation-related information.
9.2. Such information may be used on The Loudest Roar’s website, social media channels, newsletters, partner communications, press materials, presentations, case studies, promotional content, or other public or private communications.
9.3. The Loudest Roar may use this information for the purpose of operating, promoting, reporting on, or showcasing the Platform, its winners, its community, its partners, and its results.
9.4. If you do not want certain personal details to be used publicly, you should contact The Loudest Roar before participating or before claiming any prize. The Loudest Roar will consider reasonable requests but may still need to publish limited winner information for transparency, prize verification, or campaign reporting.
10. Reports, Insights, and Aggregated Data
10.1. The Loudest Roar may analyze prediction data, participation trends, leaderboard results, category performance, accuracy rates, user behaviour, market-level insights, regional trends, industry patterns, or other Platform data.
10.2. The Loudest Roar may publish, share, sell, present, or promote reports, articles, insights, case studies, press materials, social posts, presentations, newsletters, or other content based on Platform data.
10.3. Unless otherwise stated or consented to, such reports and insights will use aggregated, anonymized, or non-personally identifying information and will not disclose individual participant names, personal contact details, private information, or personally identifiable prediction behaviour.
10.4. The Loudest Roar may include publicly visible leaderboard information, winner information, judge information, contributor information, company-level trends, country-level trends, category-level trends, or anonymized participant insights where appropriate.
10.5. The Loudest Roar may use aggregated insights for editorial, commercial, promotional, research, PR, partnership, sponsorship, product development, investor, or business development purposes.
10.6. By using the Platform, you agree that The Loudest Roar may use aggregated and anonymized Platform data without further approval, payment, or notice to you.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
11.1. Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized purpose.
11.2. Violate any applicable law, regulation, rule, third-party right, professional obligation, or these Terms.
11.3. Interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, attack, or impair the Platform, its servers, security, systems, data, or functionality.
11.4. Attempt to manipulate predictions, scoring, leaderboard rankings, referrals, voting, prize allocation, winner selection, or any other Platform mechanic.
11.5. Use bots, scripts, automated tools, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, multiple identities, coordinated manipulation, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage.
11.6. Impersonate another person, company, organization, agency, brand, award body, or entity.
11.7. Submit false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable content.
11.8. Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, corrupted files, harmful code, or any other technology that may damage, interfere with, or compromise the Platform or another user’s device.
11.9. Collect, scrape, harvest, store, sell, or misuse personal information of other users without permission.
11.10. Use the Platform for unauthorized advertising, promotion, solicitation, sales, spam, or commercial purposes.
11.11. Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, modify, exploit, or bypass any part of the Platform.
11.12. Engage in conduct that harms the integrity, fairness, reputation, security, or operation of The Loudest Roar.
The Loudest Roar may suspend, remove, disqualify, restrict, or block any user who violates these rules or is suspected of violating these rules.
12. User Content
12.1. The Platform may allow users to submit predictions, names, profile details, job titles, company names, countries, comments, responses, social handles, images, messages, links, or other content (“User Content”).
12.2. You remain the owner of your User Content.
12.3. By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant The Loudest Roar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, adapt, edit, create derivative works from, and share such User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, reporting on, and communicating the Platform.
12.4. You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit your User Content and to grant the above license.
12.5. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it does not violate any law, third-party right, confidentiality obligation, company policy, professional obligation, or these Terms.
12.6. The Loudest Roar may remove, edit, moderate, disable, reject, or restrict any User Content at its sole discretion.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1. The Loudest Roar owns or licenses all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its name, branding, design, copy, graphics, content, software, code, systems, leaderboard mechanics, scoring methods, user experience, reports, insights, and other original materials created by or for The Loudest Roar.
13.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial participation in accordance with these Terms.
13.3. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Platform or any part of it without prior written permission from The Loudest Roar.
13.4. No rights are granted to you except those expressly stated in these Terms.
13.5. Third-party names, logos, trademarks, award names, festival names, brand names, campaign names, case studies, videos, images, and references remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on the Platform is for identification, editorial, informational, commentary, educational, entertainment, reporting, or prediction-related purposes only.
14. Partners, Sponsors, and Third Parties
14.1. The Loudest Roar may collaborate with third-party partners, sponsors, media platforms, brands, agencies, prize providers, suppliers, or other organizations.
14.2. Partner involvement may include prize support, publicity, content, media coverage, brand visibility, advisory input, community activity, or other campaign-related support.
14.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, partner involvement does not mean that any third party owns, operates, administers, endorses, sponsors, or is responsible for the Platform.
14.4. The Loudest Roar is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, communications, terms, policies, restrictions, errors, delays, fulfilment issues, or conduct of third-party partners, sponsors, suppliers, platforms, or brands.
14.5. Any interaction, transaction, communication, or engagement between you and a third party is solely between you and that third party.
14.6. The Loudest Roar may display partner names, logos, trademarks, or promotional materials on the Platform or in related communications and may remove, modify, or discontinue such displays at any time.
14.7. Users should review the terms, conditions, privacy policies, eligibility criteria, redemption rules, and guidelines of any third-party partner, platform, or service before engaging with them or redeeming a partner-provided prize.
15. Third-Party Links and Content
15.1. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, social platforms, tools, videos, articles, posts, case studies, services, or resources.
15.2. The Loudest Roar does not own, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party websites, content, services, products, privacy practices, terms, or policies.
15.3. You access third-party websites, platforms, content, videos, and services at your own risk.
15.4. The Loudest Roar is not responsible for any loss, damage, dispute, claim, copyright issue, takedown, removal, unavailability, or other issue arising from your use of or reliance on third-party websites, platforms, content, or services.
16. Platform Availability, Errors, and Accuracy
16.1. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
16.2. The Loudest Roar does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, accurate, complete, error-free, virus-free, or available at all times.
16.3. The Loudest Roar may update, correct, revise, suspend, remove, or modify any Platform content, prediction category, score, leaderboard result, winner list, prize detail, case-study reference, video, link, communication, or feature at any time.
16.4. The Loudest Roar is not responsible for technical failures, internet issues, device issues, browser issues, lost entries, delayed submissions, incomplete predictions, corrupted data, display errors, leaderboard errors, email delivery failures, spam filtering, account access issues, missing case studies, unavailable videos, broken links, or other technical or operational issues that may affect participation.
16.5. If The Loudest Roar becomes aware of an error that materially affects scoring, rankings, prizes, content, links, entries, videos, or participation, it may take any action it considers fair and appropriate, including correction, recalculation, disqualification, cancellation, content removal, or reallocation of prizes.
17. Privacy
17.1. The Loudest Roar may collect and use personal information you provide, including registration details, contact information, prediction submissions, leaderboard information, prize claim details, contributor details, video submissions, and communications.
17.2. Such information may be used to operate the Platform, manage participation, communicate with users, contact winners, fulfil prizes, publish leaderboards, publish judge or contributor content, promote the Platform, report campaign results, improve the Platform, and comply with legal or operational requirements.
17.3. The Loudest Roar may share necessary information with third-party partners, suppliers, platforms, or service providers where required for prize fulfilment, communications, technical operation, analytics, publicity, reporting, or campaign administration.
17.4. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and sharing of your information as described in these Terms and any applicable privacy notice published by The Loudest Roar.
17.5. The Loudest Roar will take reasonable steps to protect user information but does not guarantee that information transmitted through or stored on the Platform will be completely secure.
17.6. Reports, insights, and public-facing analysis will generally be based on aggregated or anonymized data and will not disclose individual participant names or personal contact information unless the user is a winner, judge, contributor, publicly visible leaderboard participant, or has otherwise consented.
18. Disqualification, Suspension, and Termination
18.1. The Loudest Roar may suspend, terminate, disqualify, restrict, or block your access to the Platform at any time if it reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, abused the Platform, manipulated results, provided false information, acted fraudulently, harmed the Platform’s integrity, or engaged in conduct that is unfair or inappropriate.
18.2. The Loudest Roar may remove predictions, leaderboard entries, accounts, prize eligibility, user content, judge content, contributor content, or case-study references where it reasonably believes such action is necessary.
18.3. The Loudest Roar is not required to provide prior notice before taking action under this section.
18.4. Disqualification may result in forfeiture of any prize, ranking, feature, recognition, or benefit associated with the Platform.
19. Limitation of Liability
19.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Loudest Roar and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, partners, sponsors, suppliers, judges, contributors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
19.2. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of reputation, business interruption, emotional distress, or any other intangible loss arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, appearance on, contribution to, or participation in the Platform.
19.3. The Loudest Roar shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from:
a) user conduct or third-party conduct;
b) incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by users, winners, judges, or contributors;
c) unauthorized access to or alteration of data;
d) technical errors, bugs, viruses, harmful code, or system failures;
e) Platform interruptions, delays, or downtime;
f) errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or changes in content, scoring, results, leaderboards, or prize details;
g) missing, unavailable, incomplete, inaccurate, removed, or inaccessible case studies, entries, videos, links, campaign materials, or third-party content;
h) an entry, case study, campaign, or video being unavailable on the Platform before, during, or after a prediction period, including where that entry later wins or receives recognition;
i) failure to contact a winner due to incorrect or inaccessible details;
j) loss, delay, expiry, non-delivery, failed delivery, or incorrect delivery of prizes;
k) third-party partner, supplier, platform, rights holder, or content host issues;
l) third-party use, misuse, sharing, copying, editing, reposting, screenshotting, downloading, commenting on, or distribution of judge, contributor, user, or Platform content;
m) tax, legal, regulatory, or jurisdictional issues affecting participation or prize redemption; or
n) any other matter relating to the Platform, participation, content, case studies, judges, contributors, prizes, reports, or these Terms.
19.4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Loudest Roar and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, partners, sponsors, suppliers, judges, contributors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
a) your use or misuse of the Platform;
b) your breach of these Terms;
c) your violation of any law, regulation, rule, or third-party right;
d) your User Content;
e) your participation in any prediction or prize activity;
f) your provision of inaccurate, false, incomplete, or misleading information;
g) your appearance, contribution, video, quote, comment, or other submitted material;
h) any claim that content you submitted violates third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, company policies, professional rules, or applicable laws; or
i) your conduct in connection with the Platform.
21. Changes to the Platform or Terms
21.1. The Loudest Roar may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.
21.2. The Loudest Roar may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be effective when posted on the Platform unless otherwise stated.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
